Job Title: Atlassian Administrator

Job Description

As a seasoned IT professional, you will play a pivotal role in developing, designing and implementing technology solutions that drive business growth. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services that meet the evolving needs of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Senior Technical Management, Product Owners and Project Managers to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Design and implement effective solutions that streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Serve as Subject Matter Expert ('SME') for Atlassian Jira and Confluence, providing guidance and support to stakeholders.
  • Evaluate, diagnose, research, analyze and provide solutions to simple and medium-complexity problems encountered.
  • Communicate proactively with users on new upcoming features and ensure seamless adoption.
  • Maintain adherence to Security Policy and provide engineering solutions to policy as directed.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Strong technical skills in Atlassian tools and related Add-ons.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate plans verbally and in writing.
  • Proven experience in managing user access permissions and ensuring security guidelines are adhered to.
  • Able to work effectively in a geographically dispersed team environment.
