Strategic IT Infrastructure Leader

We are seeking a seasoned leader to drive our technology strategy and scale our IT infrastructure.

This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of learning by defining and implementing cutting-edge technologies that empower education for every child.

  • 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and hardware operations, including 5+ years in leadership roles managing distributed teams and multi-vendor ecosystems.
  • Proven success in managing large-scale hardware deployments and operations
  • Demonstrated expertise in establishing and managing enterprise-wide IT infrastructure, including end-user devices (computers and mobile devices), servers, and network systems

The ideal candidate will have experience working with hardware OEMs, IT service partners, and managing full lifecycle procurement with a focus on cost optimization (TCO). They will also be able to evaluate and adopt new hardware innovations with a deeper understanding of various hardware specifications.

They must possess a solid understanding of IT security, OS patching, and update management across internal networks and internal servers. Additionally, they should be skilled in managing external vendors and cultivating strong, collaborative partnerships to ensure service excellence and alignment with organizational goals.

In this role, you will drive infra strategy, lead scale deployments, vendor management, tech innovation & evaluation, internal IT oversight, team leadership, and infrastructure monitoring.
