This role combines technical expertise customer engagement and product advocacy to deliver world-class solutions and support.

You will develop a deep understanding of our software products and services act as the primary point of contact for customers and lead onboarding deployment activities at customer sites including hardware setup.

As a Customer Solutions Deployment Officer you will work with our fast-paced innovative team of developers designers and product experts to deliver world-class solutions and support.

Your responsibilities will include developing a deep understanding of our software products and services acting as the primary point of contact for customers leading onboarding deployment activities at customer sites and conducting training sessions for restaurant staff.

You will also provide remote and on-site support ensuring high availability for your portfolio of customers take ownership of user issues track tickets collaborate with engineering and report on root causes escalate critical issues promptly while coordinating with internal teams for resolution and delight customers turning them into brand ambassadors.
