Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Front Office Operations: Ensure smooth and coordinated work with different departments, adhering to Accor guidelines and company policies.
  • VIP Management: Authorize courtesies and ensure high-level room sales through up-selling.
  • Guest Experience: Maintain guest profiles, interact with guests, and enable the team to understand guest requirements.
  • Team Management: Ensure team members adhere to Human Resource policies and maintain a high level of room occupancy within agreed overbooking policy.
  • Financial Management: Adhere to Accor guidelines for all financial-related procedures and balance accounts daily.
  • Operational Efficiency: Check outstanding in-house guests, maintain records, and ensure efficient luggage handling.
  • Customer Service: Deal with inquiries and complaints tactfully and initiate follow-up action.
  • Leadership: Demonstrate leadership skills, including persuasion and motivation to attain organizational goals.

Requirements:

  • Leadership Experience: Previous leadership experience required, with a service-focused personality.
  • Technical Skills: Prior experience working with Opera or a related system.
  • Communication: Ability to communicate thoughts, actions, and opportunities clearly with strong networking skills.
  • Culture: Believe in a strong team culture and set the scene for high performance.
