Job Title

A Senior Power Platform Specialist will be responsible for leading the design and development of solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. This role requires collaboration with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Microsoft stack and Power platform development, with 12-16 years of relevant experience. Additionally, they should be certified in relevant areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example and mentor/coach other developers to strengthen their skills.
  • Provide technical guidance/best practices and support to the development team.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure best practices are followed to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Manage project conflicts, challenges, and dynamic business requirements within the development team together with the Product Owner and Product Architect.
  • Improve developer velocity by identifying and addressing bottlenecks in the development process with support from the Scrum Master.
  • Improve DevOps processes, like automated code quality checks, testing, CI/CD processes, monitoring, component libraries etc.

Core Platform Governance Responsibilities:

  • Develop governance guardrails and processes to ensure a secure and compliant self-service Power Platform environment.
  • Take a lead role in governance boards, collaborating with various stakeholders across the organization to align on governance strategies and decisions.
  • Define and maintain the Governance Plan, ensuring it is up-to-date and reflects current best practices and Power Platform Strategy.

  • Graduate from reputed institute.
  • Relevant certifications.
  • 12 – 16 years of relevant experience working Microsoft stack and Power platform development.
