Job Title: Senior Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the development of power electronics solutions for various applications.

  • Leadership of a team of engineers
  • Defining and executing R&D strategies to develop products meeting application requirements and specifications
  • Developing a manufacturing roadmap to support product execution
  • Overseeing design, development, and testing of power electronic circuits, converters, inverters, controls, software, and integrated systems
  • Leading the creation of BOMs, test specifications, and technical documentation
  • Strong knowledge of power-electronics selection and layout for Thyristors, IGBT, and SiC-MOSFET based switching devices and circuits
  • Mitigation of EMI/EMC issues with power electronics circuits is desired
  • Building, mentoring, and leading a multidisciplinary R&D team including electronics/Electrical engineers, Embedded Software/Hardware developers, and test engineers

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Project management experience with budgeting, resource allocation, timelines, and risk management
  • Experience with cross-functional collaboration, including Product Management, Quality, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams
  • Engagement with external partners, academia, and technology vendors to leverage new knowledge and partnerships
  • Knowledge of industry standards and compliance
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
