Job Overview

As a highly skilled Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will be instrumental in driving cross-functional execution, performance monitoring, stakeholder communication, and growth initiatives. This is a high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about sustainability, business transformation, and inclusive growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist the CEO in translating vision into quarterly OKRs and business plans.
  2. Support market and financial analysis, board presentations, and decision-making materials.
  3. Track key KPIs across sales, procurement, finance, and operations.
  4. Monitor execution of strategic initiatives (new channels, dragon fruit processing, etc.).
  5. Manage critical projects and ensure interdepartmental alignment.
  6. Liaise with top managers and prepare MoMs and trackers.
  7. Draft proposals, pitch decks, newsletters, and formal reports.
  8. Social Impact Management: Collaborate with sales, finance, and operations teams to flag bottlenecks and highlight growth areas.
Requirements
  • MBA from a reputed institute.
  • 3–4 years of relevant experience in consulting, FMCG, agritech, ecommerce, or social enterprise.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills; proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
  • Bias for action, high ownership, and ability to work with ambiguity.
  • Interest in sustainability, food systems, and rural development is a strong plus.
  • Fluent in English, Hindi; Bengali preferred.
