The successful candidate will possess:

- 5+ years of experience in managing activities related to maintenance of Plant & Machinery in a Manufacturing Unit.">
- Knowledge and experience in maintenance of CNC Machine, PLC Machine, DG Synchronizing Panel, and Power Factor Panel are preferred.">
- Proficiency in using computer apps like MS Excel for efficient working.">
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with proficiency in Hindi or Bengali.">
- Prior experience in ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 certified organizations is highly desirable.">
Responsibilities include:

- Ensuring minimum downtime of machines through quick restoration of breakdowns.">
- Ensuring preventive maintenance at scheduled times.">
- Smart planning, storage, and record-keeping of spare stock.">
- Ensuring compliance with safe working practices.">
- Exploring and implementing new technologies, such as automation.">
- Coordinating the commissioning and installation of new machinery and equipment.">
