Project Management Leadership Opportunity

 

Job Title: Project Manager Leader

 

Purpose:

The purpose of this role is to lead project management teams in the execution of projects that meet strategic objectives and improve overall business performance.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Delivery: Ensure timely and within-budget delivery of projects by managing cross-functional teams, establishing project schedules, allocating resources, and tracking progress against established milestones.

• Team Leadership: Lead, develop, and motivate high-performing project management teams to deliver exceptional results and achieve business goals.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders, customers, partners, and team members, to ensure alignment and support for project initiatives.

• Communication: Clearly articulate project plans, progress, and outcomes to various audiences, including executive leadership, team members, and external stakeholders.

• Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks that could impact project timelines, budgets, or quality.

• Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance project management processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

 

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.

• 10+ years of experience in project management, leadership, and team development.

• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.

• Experience working with diverse teams, including remote teams and international collaborations.
