The role requires a full-time on-site Procurement Manager for indirect procurement at Aimlay Pvt Ltd located in New Delhi.

This professional will be responsible for evaluating suppliers negotiating contracts and managing procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end procurement processes for indirect categories including IT office supplies consulting services facilities HR marketing.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to deliver cost savings and value.
  • Lead RFPs RFQs and supplier selection processes.
  • Negotiate contracts pricing and service level agreements SLAs with vendors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand business needs.
  • Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to quality service or delivery.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize supplier base and reduce procurement risk.
  • Collaborate with finance and legal teams on budget alignment and contract terms.
