Supply Chain Solutions Expert

We're seeking a skilled expert to empower our clients' supply chains with world-class technologies.

  • Collaborate with clients to understand business challenges and supply chain requirements
  • Lead discovery sessions to identify pain points and gather detailed specifications
  • Present customized solutions using Kinaxis RapidResponse that address client needs
  • Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain solutions leveraging Kinaxis RapidResponse
  • Create detailed proposals, workflows, and use case demonstrations to showcase solution capabilities

You will work closely with technical teams to ensure the feasibility of proposed solutions and configure and customize Kinaxis RapidResponse to meet client requirements. Your expertise will serve as the subject matter expert for Kinaxis solutions during sales cycles and project delivery.

A bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Production, Mechanical, Computer Science, or a related field is required. Hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse, including configuration, implementation, or solution design, is essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication and presentation skills are also necessary.

This role requires a blend of technical acumen, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills to deliver tailored solutions that address our clients' complex supply chain challenges.
