We are seeking a Sales Coordinator to support our sales operations and maintain strong customer relationships at Satvam Nutrifoods Limited in Ahmedabad.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage all sales-related activities, including order processing and customer support.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities to attract new clients.
  • Assist the sales team by preparing sales reports, managing sales data, and ensuring smooth communication.
  • Collaborate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and resolve any order-related issues.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback efficiently to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide insights and recommendations to improve sales strategies.
  • Support marketing initiatives and campaigns to drive product awareness and sales growth.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations, maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Customer Relationship Management: Ability to manage and maintain strong customer relationships efficiently.
  • Sales Support: Experience in providing outstanding support to the sales team and addressing inquiries.
  • Sales Management: Competency in coordinating and managing sales activities and processes.
  • Order Processing: Experience in processing orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective customer and team interaction.
  • Data Analysis: Ability to analyze sales data and generate insightful reports to aid in decision-making.
  • Problem Solving: Proficient in identifying issues and developing effective solutions in a timely manner.
