Job Title: Manager of Cash Flow Operations
">Job Description:
The successful candidate will oversee the entire cash flow process, from initial vendor communication to final payment. This includes developing and implementing procedures for timely and accurate processing of payments, invoices, and expense reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement cash flow policies and procedures for efficiency, compliance, and control.
- Lead a team of finance professionals, including hiring, training, goal setting, and ongoing development.
- Review and approve invoices; ensure adherence to company policies, contractual terms, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage vendor relationships and resolve payment disputes or queries.
- Maintain accurate records and reconciliations; oversee month-end and year-end closing processes for cash flow operations.
- Optimize cash flow processes, automation, and risk prevention controls.
- Prepare and report on cash flow metrics: aging, cash flow forecasts, and performance.
- Coordinate with procurement, treasury, and accounting teams to ensure alignment and timely payments.
- Support financial audits with documentation and process narratives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CA/MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in cash flow operations with at least 3 years in a managerial/supervisory role.
- Strong expertise in cash flow processes, team leadership, and compliance management.
- Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems and advanced MS Excel.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
