Job Description:

As a senior process analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and documenting business requirements related to the lead-to-cash process. You will need to translate these requirements into configuration and corresponding documentation.

You will design and configure SAP solutions across the lead-to-cash process. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end process alignment. Compliance with internal controls and external regulations is also essential.

To stay up-to-date on SAP innovations, you will need to recommend enhancements to improve business outcomes. Providing expert guidance on SAP best practices for project and portfolio management is another key responsibility.

Other responsibilities include creating test scripts, conducting system testing, validating results, and ensuring that documentation reflects the correct status.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • A proactive and can-do attitude
  • Strong expertise in SAP lead-to-cash and integration with finance module
  • Deep understanding of the lead-to-cash process lifecycle
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in agile and cross-functional environments
  • Prior cloud ALM experience ideal
  • Sufficient experience with S4 private cloud
