Team Lead Account Management
,About This RoleWe are seeking a seasoned Team Lead to oversee the entire grant lifecycle, including due diligence, KYC, fund flow, disbursement, monitoring, and reporting. Additionally, this role will supervise day-to-day accounting, ledgers, reconciliations, and payables/receivables.
,Key Responsibilities- Oversee the full lifecycle of grants: due diligence, KYC, fund flow, disbursement, monitoring, and reporting
- Supervise day-to-day accounting, ledgers, reconciliations, and payables/receivables
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closings and preparation of financial statements
- Monitor cash/fund flows and ensure sound liquidity management
- Lead annual budgeting and long-term financial planning exercises
- Provide financial insights, scenario analysis, and risk assessments to aid decision-making
- Draft/review donor, vendor, and partner agreements, MoUs, and contracts in line with legal and policy requirements
- Oversee statutory filings, tax payments, and regulatory submissions
- Coordinate smooth closure of statutory, donor, and internal audits
- Drive digitization and automation of financial processes (accounting, grant, payments)
- Strengthen ERP and financial systems for real-time reporting and compliance
- Manage banking operations
