Job Title: Oracle Fusion Financials Lead

As a seasoned Oracle Fusion Financials expert, you will drive the implementation and support of Oracle Fusion GL, AR, AP, CM, and FA modules for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivables (AR), Accounts Payables (AP), Cash Management (CM), and Fixed Assets (FA) modules.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements, facilitate solutioning sessions, and provide actionable recommendations for process improvements.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of comprehensive Oracle Fusion Financials implementation experience as a functional resource.
  • At least 4 years of experience implementing various Oracle Fusion modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivables (AR), Accounts Payables (AP), Cash Management (CM), and Fixed Assets (FA).
  • Demonstrated ability to define systems strategy, document business requirements, lead fit-gap analysis, and deliver functional configuration, testing, and user training.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the capacity to exercise mature judgment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation expertise in Visio, PowerPoint, and Excel.
