Job Title: Financial Systems Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Systems Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing functional support for ERP Fusion Finance applications.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience working with Oracle Fusion Modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash and Expense Management, Intercompany, and Oracle FRS. You will also have expertise in designing and developing OTBI reports, FRC reports, and writing basic data extraction queries using SQL.

Your responsibilities will include managing functional requests from end users, defining functional request priorities, writing functional specifications, and coordinating developments with technical teams. You will also review Oracle Fusion quarterly functional updates, understand, map to business needs, test/validate cross-functional, and deploy them upon business confirmation.

Apart from your technical skills, you should be able to work collaboratively with project teams and end-users to develop, test, and implement Oracle Cloud solutions. You should also be able to participate in audits of system use, detect issues, implement action plans, and coordinate actions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide functional support for ERP Fusion Finance applications (AP, AR, GL, FA, CM, IC, Tax, Expense)
  • Identify and apply creative approaches to resolving product implementation and integration obstacles and problems
  • Manage functional requests from end-user community
  • Define functional request priorities, write functional specifications, and coordinate developments with technical team
  • Review Oracle fusion quarterly functional updates, understand, map to the business needs, test/validate cross-functional, and deploy them upon business confirmation
  • Design and develop OTBI reports, FRC reports, and write basic data extraction queries using SQL
  • Support and manage all Finance and third-party integrations
  • Establish/reconciliation process and reports and support the business users during month-end and year-end reconciliation process
  • Design and define process-wise custom fusion roles and provide the data access as appropriate
  • Work with Oracle support team for application bugs/enhancements
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or related field
  • 3+ years of Oracle Fusion experience related to Finance modules
  • 7+ years' experience working with Oracle Financial modules
  • 5+ years working with implementation of Oracle Financial modules
  • 2+ years working with supporting end-users of Oracle Financial modules
  • Ability to continuously coordinate with multiple parties and supervisors while maintaining independence
  • Extensive experience in Oracle Fusion Modules: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash and Expense Management, Intercompany, Oracle FRS, OTBI
  • Working experience on FBDI and ADFDI
  • Experience with business requirements, technical analysis, design, coding, testing, and implementation of customization within software environment
  • Proven ability to be self-directed and operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
