Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Oracle Technical Consultant to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Oracle SCM applications across various supply chain modules.

This includes Order Management (OM), Inventory (INV), Purchasing, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP), Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), and Mobile Supply Chain Applications (MSCA).

Collaboration with business stakeholders is essential to gather and translate supply chain business requirements into technical designs and application configurations.

Technical customizations and integrations will be performed using Oracle forms, reports, workflows, and APIs.

The role requires full lifecycle implementations including setup, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support of Oracle SCM modules.

Data cleansing, auditing, and migration activities will be executed to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Troubleshooting issues related to SCM applications and coordinating with cross-functional teams for resolution is also required.

Functional and technical documentation will be developed and maintained, including solution designs, process flows, and user guides.

Knowledge transfer and training sessions will be facilitated for users and peer teams.

Key Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in Oracle ERP/SCM technical roles, including significant hands-on experience with Oracle SCM modules like OM, INV, WMS, Procurement
  • Strong technical expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS R12)
  • Proficiency with Oracle Tools: Forms, Reports, PL/SQL, Workflows
  • Solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain business processes (Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Inventory Management, Logistics)
  • Familiarity with ERP implementation methodologies such as Oracle trade management (OTM)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively with functional and technical teams

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Agile project methodologies
  • Exposure to SCM solutions and advanced planning tools
  • SCM domain certifications or Oracle technical certifications
