We are seeking an IT Server Infrastructure Specialist to support our organization's technology operations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in server management, network architecture, and troubleshooting.

This role involves designing, implementing, maintaining, and optimizing infrastructure systems to ensure high availability, security, and performance. Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and deploying physical and virtual servers, ensuring optimal operation.
  • Maintaining server performance, availability, and capacity to meet business requirements.
  • Implementing regular backups and disaster recovery testing to safeguard data.
  • Applying patches, updates, and security configurations to protect against vulnerabilities.

The successful candidate will possess strong knowledge of server operating systems, experience with virtualization technologies, and familiarity with cloud platforms. They will also be able to provide technical support for server and network-related issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex problems.

In addition to technical skills, the ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling them to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

We require a highly skilled ServiceNow Administrator to perform day-to-day operations, tasks, and activities related to IT Service Management processes using the ServiceNow platform.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Administering and maintaining the ServiceNow platform, focusing on IT Service Management modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management.
  • Configuring and optimizing ServiceNow workflows, business rules, UI policies, and notifications to meet business requirements.
  • Designing, developing, and maintaining reports and dashboards within ServiceNow to support operational, management, and compliance needs.

This position requires collaboration with stakeholders to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements.

We also seek a ServiceNow CMDB Engineer to join our IT Service Management team. The ideal candidate will have 5–8 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow CMDB implementation, configuration, and maintenance.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Designing, implementing, and maintaining the ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB) to ensure accurate representation of infrastructure and application assets.
  • Configuring and customizing ServiceNow CMDB modules, including Discovery, Service Mapping, and integrations with external data sources.
