As Senior Windows Administrator at Neo, you will be part of the core infrastructure team managing all windows servers and operating systems.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing Windows distribution servers for fintech companies with high uptime requirements
  • Ensuring 99.999% server uptime and availability
  • Implementing centralized patch management and standard policies
  • Liaising for security aspects and managing user accounts, permissions, and access controls

You will also be responsible for:

  • Supporting log analysis, high availability, and debugging
  • Implementing RAID, SAN, NAS, and object-based storage technologies
  • Developing dashboards and reports using MS Excel
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams

Desired skills include knowledge of Cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, Wireshark, Microsoft message analyzer, AD, email hosting, RSAT, Netwrix account lockout examiner, and more.

A successful candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
