Solutions Architect

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Solutions Architect to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative technology solutions that meet the evolving needs of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement comprehensive technology strategies that align with our business goals and objectives.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize technology initiatives.
  3. Design and deploy cloud-based solutions using Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud platforms.
  4. Migrate and deploy applications to cloud environments.
  5. Provide expertise in Domain-Driven Design, GraphQL, microservices, APIs, and front-end development tools.
  6. Ensure seamless integration of systems and data transfer between applications.
  7. Lead the design and implementation of enterprise architecture frameworks, including TOGAF.
  8. Develop and maintain technical documentation and standards.
Requirements:
  • 15+ years of experience in application development and 7+ years in solutioning and architecture.
  • Strong knowledge of banking technology domains and 5+ years of experience in solutioning banking applications.
  • Expertise in multi-cloud Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud.
  • Experience with migrating and deploying cloud-based solutions.
  • Enterprise Architecture certification (TOGAF preferred).
  • Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL database technologies, including SQL, Oracle, MongoDB, CouchDB.
  • Deep understanding of NoSQL and relational databases, including data storage, modeling, and access patterns.
  • Ability to review SQL and NoSQL issues and performance bottlenecks.
  • Ability to challenge technology solutions and propose optimal alternatives.
  • Ability to identify hotspots in current application landscapes and provide solutions.
  • Guide technology teams in stability and platform performance.
  • Experience defining functional and non-functional application requirements.
  • Knowledge of architecting microservices applications and server-less architectures.
  • Experience working with online commerce and omni-channel retail business practices.
  • Experience with Agile DEVOPS development methodologies and CI/CD processes.
  • Functional and technology knowledge on major banking applications.
