Senior DevOps Expert

We are seeking a seasoned Senior DevOps Expert to spearhead our technology transformation initiatives, driving automation and optimization of software delivery pipelines. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in DevOps toolchains, scripting, and application development frameworks.

  • Develop and execute DevOps strategy for application development
  • Design and implement end-to-end CI/CD pipelines
  • Lead the automation of manual tasks throughout the application lifecycle
  • Act as a bridge between development, operations, and QA teams
  • Guide migration and deployment of applications to cloud or hybrid infrastructures
  • Establish and enhance application monitoring, logging, and alerting systems
  • Integrate security practices and tools into the development pipeline
  • Foster a culture of feedback and iteration by implementing metrics-driven improvements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for developing effective IT solutions
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and promote effective use of technology for problem-solving
  • Lead and inspire the team to consistently deliver high-quality outcomes
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement in both technical expertise and business acumen
  • Sets clear, realistic goals and performance standards; and organizes performance review sessions with the team on their development plan and career

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 13+ years overall experience in IT industry, minimum 8 years of experience in DevOps
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, Certified Kubernetes Administrator) highly desirable
  • Experience of DevOps toolchains, scripting, and application development frameworks
  • Proficiency with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), including infrastructure provisioning, scaling, and cloud-native services
