Learning Experience Developer

We are seeking a skilled Learning Experience Developer to join our team.

This role involves designing and delivering engaging, effective, and immersive learning experiences for the organization's workforce.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design trends, and best practices in learning & development.

Responsibilities include:

  • Designing and developing learning materials that align with organizational goals and objectives
  • Organizing and structuring content to encourage behavior change and improve workforce performance
  • Creating learner-centric experiences that are interactive, immersive, and aligned with organizational standards
  • Partnering with stakeholders to understand learning needs and translate them into effective solutions
  • Championing the use of emerging technologies to create engaging, personalized learning experiences

Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of experience in learning & development, talent development, or related field
  • Experience working in large, multi-national corporations in a highly matrixed, complex structure
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Knowledge of learning & development design trends, regulations, and best practices
  • Technical knowledge in areas of learning & development, instructional design, organization effectiveness, and HR processes
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data-analysis skills
  • Ability to write well and communicate effectively across all layers of the organization
