Job Overview

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Recruitment, Onboarding, and Employee Retention.
  • Knowledge of Labor Laws, HR Policies, and Compliance.
  • Skills in Performance Management, Training, and Development.
  • Proficiency in Payroll and Benefits Management.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
