**Job Description:**\As a Lead Video Production Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end execution of video production projects, ensuring delivery on time and at the highest creative standards. This role requires strong leadership and collaboration with cross-functional teams to manage complex projects across multiple time zones.\\**Key Responsibilities:**\

  • Lead and manage the full video production lifecycle from intake and planning to filming and post-production delivery.\
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, creative teams, and vendors to align objectives, timelines, and deliverables.\
  • Oversee pre-production activities, scheduling, resource planning, and risk management.\
  • Monitor production schedules to ensure alignment with budget and quality.\
  • Manage vendor relationships globally, including onboarding, contracting, and performance tracking.\
  • Ensure all outputs comply with brand guidelines.\
  • Track and report production budgets in collaboration with Finance.\
  • Identify bottlenecks and implement best practices for scalable production processes.\
  • Represent production in cross-functional meetings, providing clarity and structure.\
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols for all physical shoots.\
  • Travel domestically and internationally for on-location shoots when required.\
  • Manage IP permissions and third-party content licensing.\
  • Develop and maintain efficient workflows and operational systems.\
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve project goals and deadlines.\
  • Foster a culture of innovation, creativity, and continuous improvement within the production team.\
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.\
  • Conduct regular team check-ins and provide feedback to support individual growth and development.\
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to inform strategic decisions.\
  • Participate in process improvements and contribute to the development of new procedures and policies.\
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure transparency and accountability.\
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.\
  • Support the development of marketing materials and sales collateral.
