We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to take responsibility for delivering results in the Customer Service group, working with a portfolio of customers based in India.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be the first point of contact for customers and distributors, communicating proactively and managing the follow up of orders.
  • Handle orders while ensuring compliance with legal procedures and documents.
  • Provide after-sales customer support, credit checks, service complaints, and product returns.

You will be responsible for daily contacts with international customers and colleagues, requiring strong interpersonal and communication skills. As a back-up for colleagues, you will also have opportunities to grow your career within a global organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have experience in Customer Service and SAP. You must be fluent in English, and knowledge of other languages is a plus. A strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential, as well as the ability to learn quickly, especially when it comes to IT systems.
