Job Description

  1. We seek a skilled professional to join our team as a Biotechnology Research Specialist.
  2. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing innovative solutions to reduce the negative environmental impact of our operations.
  3. This role involves devising and overseeing experiments, studies, and other research initiatives to drive business growth and improvement.
  4. The ideal candidate will have experience in product development, waste removal techniques, and quality assurance processes.
  5. They should also be familiar with various software used in simulation and modeling, as well as CAD design.
  6. Responsibilities may include preparing plans, allocating resources, delegating tasks, and providing budgetary estimates.
  7. The selected candidate will work closely with our team to develop and implement quality assurance processes.
  8. They will also be required to stay up-to-date with new scientific research, attend conferences, and network with engineers, scientists, and other professionals in the field.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience in biotechnology research, product development, or quality assurance.
  3. Strong knowledge of biochemical processes, environmental regulations, and quality assurance principles.
  4. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  6. Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and relevant software for simulation and modeling.
