We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Neurologist with a minimum of 8+ years of clinical experience to join our medical team. The ideal candidate will be a medical professional specialized in neurology, with strong diagnostic, clinical, and patient management expertise. This role involves working closely with patients to evaluate, diagnose, and treat a wide range of neurological conditions, as well as collaborating with other specialists to ensure comprehensive patient care.

As a Neurologist, you will play a critical role in clinical decision-making, guiding treatment protocols, and supporting advancements in neurological care. The candidate should be passionate about patient well-being, clinical excellence, and continuous learning in the evolving field of neurology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clinical Evaluation & Diagnosis

  • Conduct thorough neurological assessments and examinations of patients.

  • Diagnose neurological disorders such as epilepsy, stroke, migraines, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, Alzheimer's, and neuropathies.
  • Interpret results from diagnostic tests including MRI, CT scans, EEG, EMG, and lumbar punctures.

  • Patient Care & Treatment

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.

  • Prescribe medications, therapies, and procedures based on accurate diagnosis.
  • Provide pre- and post-treatment counseling to patients and their families.
  • Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans when necessary.

  • Clinical Expertise & Procedures

  • Perform specialized neurological procedures where applicable.

  • Collaborate with neurosurgeons, psychiatrists, radiologists, and rehabilitation teams for holistic care.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements and clinical practices in neurology.

  • Multidisciplinary Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal medicine and emergency teams for acute neurological cases.

  • Participate in case discussions, medical board reviews, and interdisciplinary meetings.
  • Offer expert neurological opinions in complex patient scenarios.

  • Patient Education & Awareness

  • Educate patients and families on lifestyle adjustments, preventive care, and treatment adherence.

  • Advocate awareness of neurological health and early detection of disorders.

  • Research & Continuous Improvement

  • Contribute to clinical research, publications, and medical advancements in neurology.

  • Mentor junior doctors, residents, and medical staff in neurological best practices.
  • Participate in workshops, seminars, and conferences to maintain professional excellence.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • MBBS with MD/DNB in General Medicine and DM/DNB in Neurology (or equivalent specialization).
  • Minimum of 8+ years of proven clinical experience in neurology.
  • Strong expertise in diagnosing and treating a wide spectrum of neurological conditions.
  • Proficiency in interpreting advanced diagnostic tools and neurological tests.
  • Excellent patient care, counseling, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-based healthcare environment.
