Job Description:

About Loan Operations in India:

As a seasoned professional, you will lead and manage end-to-end loan processing for our India branches, driving operational efficiency and risk control.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, drive process improvements, and deliver exceptional service to stakeholders. Your focus will be on developing, mentoring, and managing high-performance teams.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Perform diligent checks
  • Work as a subject matter expert (SME) for the loan process
  • Nurture team members
  • Understand and adhere to operational policies and procedures
  • Work closely with overseas branches to process transactions efficiently
  • Support resolution of operational incidents and reporting
  • Provide suggestions for improving operational processes

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10-15 years of experience in managing loan operations
  • Strong PC skills (MS Office)
  • Extensive experience in loan products, data management, and customer services
  • Understanding of system applications used for lending
  • Hands-on experience in managing stakeholders and governance
  • Flexible working hours
  • Exposure to India-related regulatory guidelines and financial regulations
  • Graduate or Post Graduate degree
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail
