Role Overview

To propel the growth and success of prime home loan products, you will be at the forefront of strategic planning, product development, market analysis, and team leadership.

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute plans for prime home loans, aligning with overall business objectives and market trends. Continuously assess market dynamics, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Product Development: Lead the development and enhancement of prime home loan products, collaborating with cross-functional teams including product management, risk, compliance, and technology. Utilize customer feedback, market research, and data analysis to inform product features and pricing strategies.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify target segments, assess customer needs, and evaluate demand for prime home loan products. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track product performance and market share, implementing corrective measures as needed.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies governing prime lending activities. Work closely with the compliance and risk teams to establish robust controls, manage credit risk, and maintain portfolio quality.
  • Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to a team responsible for prime home loan origination, underwriting, and servicing. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning to drive team performance and achieve business objectives.
