Job Overview

As a Production Excellence Leader, you will oversee the manufacturing process at multiple facilities to ensure optimal productivity and efficiency. You will provide technical guidance to various departments and support sales teams in achieving targets while resolving customer concerns. Additionally, you will analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage production activities at all facilities
  • Maintain machine productivity/efficiency at optimal levels
  • Provide technical assistance to production planning and quality control departments
  • Support sales teams in achieving targets and resolving customer issues
  • Review data to identify opportunities for process improvements
