Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Operations Lead to oversee the production of composite products. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes, meeting quality and productivity targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily production activities on Pultrusion and molding lines, ensuring compliance with production schedules and standard operating procedures.
  • Maintain control over production parameters, including resin mixing, mold preparation, curing, trimming, and finishing.
  • Coordinate with the Quality Assurance department to ensure in-process quality checks and corrective actions are implemented effectively.
  • Maintain accurate production records, logbooks, and shift reports to inform operational decisions.
  • Provide guidance and training to production staff to enhance operational efficiency and safety.
Candidate Profile
  • Education: Diploma / ITI / B.Tech in Mechanical, Polymer, or Production Engineering.
  • Experience: 2 to 3 years in FRP manufacturing processes – specifically Pultrusion, SMC, DMC, BMC, and Hand Lay-up.
  • Skills Required:
    • Strong understanding of composite manufacturing principles and processes.
    • Effective leadership and team management skills.
    • Problem-solving and analytical skills to optimize production operations.
