About Our Team:

Our team is committed to addressing social issues related to energy, environment, and resources by producing lithium-ion battery products.

The company is setting up India's first Giga plant to manufacture Lithium Ion Cells in Bengaluru. Our goal is to develop NMC Cell design and technology to achieve our vision.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management: Ensure all SFG inventories are reconciled against SAP stock to ensure zero stock differences and optimal composition of RM and Assembly materials mentioned in BOM.
  • 5S Principles: Implement, sustain, and continuously improve 5S throughout the production areas to enhance Safety, quality, and efficiency in the workplace.
  • Data Interpretation: Interpret large amounts of data in SAP WMS and MES to ensure consumption posting and outputs align with BOM.
  • Overall Responsibility: Align with strategic objectives of improving operational efficiency, meeting customer demands, and driving sustainable growth in manufacturing operations.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Reconcile row materials, assembly materials, and finished goods from material receipt through production operations to dispatches to ensure zero discrepancy in stock and consumption posting occurred as per BOM.
  • Cycle count and adjust stock through approved process.
  • Implement Corrective Actions for discrepancies.
