Our activities include introducing lightweight wall systems to modernize construction, operating India as a strategic sourcing base for global industries, and maintaining international leadership in sustainability and governance.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily production operations to meet quality standards.
- Analyze data and propose improvements in efficiency and yield.
- Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams to minimize downtime.
- Support trials of new materials, processes, or technologies.
- Document production results and prepare loss analyses.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or related Engineering fields.
- 0–3 years of production or manufacturing experience; new graduates are welcome.
- Problem-solving skills and analytical mindset.
- Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma tools is an advantage.
