We are currently seeking an experienced Software Development Engineer to join our innovative team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining various software applications that serve internal team members, clinicians, and patients. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain software applications using C#/.Net/ Angular / Microservices/ DS&A
  • Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
  • Collaborate with data analysts to interpret data, analyze results, and provide ongoing reports relating to how patients engage with content
  • Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources, extract data sets from relational databases, and maintain databases/data systems
  • Filter and 'clean' data by reviewing reports and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of C#/.Net/ Angular / Microservices/ DS&A
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy, in a timely manner
  • Ability to manage multiple and simultaneous responsibilities and to prioritize scheduling of work
  • 5+ years work experience as a software development engineer

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience with cloud infrastructure and architecture patterns
  • Software development experience within healthcare IT and understanding key data models (clinical, claims, financial, etc.) and interoperability standards
  • Knowledge of healthcare compliance and how it applies to Application Security
  • Agile/Scrum software development practices
  • Business Intelligence or Data warehousing experience
