Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with application support teams to design and implement end-to-end solutions tailored to specific business needs.
  • Act as a bridge between infrastructure monitoring and application-level observability to ensure seamless system performance.
  • Enhance observability frameworks by designing and implementing automation scripts using Python or Shell to streamline monitoring setup, data collection, and alerting mechanisms.
  • Integrate and optimize observability tools into application environments to improve overall system efficiency.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in system engineering, technology architecture, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, education.
  • In-depth knowledge of production support processes, including incident management, change management, and root cause analysis.
  • Experience with monitoring tools (Grafana, Splunk, Prometheus) and technologies (Unix, Shell Scripting, SQL/Oracle, Python).
