About the Role
  • Technical Support Responsibilities: Provide first- and second-tier production support, prioritize workload, diagnose issues, and execute escalation procedures as necessary.
  • Process Improvement: Drive automation improvements, optimize workflows, and lead technical design discussions within cross-functional teams.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Conduct thorough investigations to identify and resolve underlying problems efficiently.
  • Knowledge Management: Develop How-To articles for end-users and the support team, facilitating knowledge sharing and best practices.

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in application support, preferably in a distributed team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Advanced problem-solving abilities, collaboration skills, and expertise in relational databases and SQL.
  • Proficiency with ticketing software, workflows, logging tools, operating systems, API testing, and coding analysis.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent industry experience.
