Role Profile: Business Process Associate

We seek a dynamic Business Process Associate to support our Reporting function. This key role will contribute significantly to the organization's success by handling international accounts with high accuracy and precision.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee the invoice processing workflow, ensuring seamless transactions across multiple banking systems.
  • Review payments processed by junior team members to guarantee accuracy, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Oversee the maintenance of accurate records, including invoice & bank postings, and bank reconciliation.
  • Process high-value vendor payments with precision, utilizing strong technical knowledge of payment methods.
  • Proficient in ACH, FPS, SWIFT, and Wire transfers, with hands-on experience using Global Payments systems.
  • Maintain effective communication with vendors for payment-related queries and updates, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Navigate and manage multiple banking systems efficiently, guaranteeing smooth transactions and optimal results.
  • Draft and oversee payment disbursements accurately, preparing daily internal reports for stakeholders.
  • Efficiently monitor and manage email communications, handling both internal and external correspondences effectively.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Finance, with an MBA in Finance.
  • Excellent English language skills, with clear and concise communication abilities.
  • Strong focus on meeting internal and external client needs, demonstrating initiative and critical thinking.
  • Motivated and professional individual with a proactive mindset, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Deliver results under pressure, maintaining calmness and composure while prioritizing tasks effectively.
