About the Opportunity:

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the scalability of our ML products and credit risk policy within pre-approved campaigns and live digital journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring APIs operate smoothly at scale
  • Identifying ways to simplify and reduce risk in customer journeys

Requirements:

We are looking for someone with a strong entrepreneurial mindset, experience with cloud-based tools and automation, and excellent communication skills.

Educational Background:

Masters or undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Electrical, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering.

Experience:

6-8 years of industry experience, with at least 3-4 years in Machine Learning (ML)/MLOps or Business Rule Engine (BRE) implementation.

Technical Expertise:

  • ML/MLOps system design
  • Programming and data tools
  • Cloud and big data
  • CICD and DevOps
  • API development

Domain Knowledge:

  • Exposure to credit risk modeling and financial services is beneficial

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication
  • Strong project management and collaboration abilities
