Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional AI/ML Engineer to join our team in developing and optimizing advanced AI/ML models for computer vision, generative AI, audio processing, predictive analysis, and NLP applications.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, training, and fine-tuning AI/ML models using naval-specific data and delivering end products that meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.

The engineer will also be expected to preprocess, label, and augment datasets, implement quantization, pruning, and compression techniques for deployment-ready AI applications, and collaborate with Backend Engineers for integration via standard formats.

In addition, the successful candidate will generate reusable inference modules that can be plugged into microservices or edge devices, maintain reproducible pipelines, and ensure seamless interoperability with other AI modules.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field with excellent academic record.
  • Minimum 75% marks or 8.0 CGPA in relevant engineering disciplines.

Desired Specialized Certifications:

  • Professional ML certifications from Google, AWS, Microsoft, or NVIDIA.
  • Deep Learning Specialization.
  • Computer Vision or NLP specialization certificates.
  • TensorFlow/PyTorch Professional Certification.
