Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled AI/ML Developer to design, develop, and deploy artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions to solve complex business problems. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into products and services, ensuring scalability, performance, and accuracy.

The ideal candidate will have experience with designing, building, and deploying AI/ML models for real-world applications. They should also be proficient in pre-processing and analyzing large datasets to derive meaningful insights.

  • Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, and product teams to integrate AI capabilities.
  • Optimize model performance, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Research and implement cutting-edge AI algorithms and frameworks.
  • Maintain clear documentation for AI workflows, model training, and deployment processes.
  • Monitor and fine-tune deployed models to ensure accuracy and relevance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.
  • Experience with NLP, computer vision, or predictive analytics projects.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP for AI/ML deployment.
  • Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
  • Hands-on experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in large language models (LLMs) or generative AI.
  • Familiarity with MLOps tools and practices (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Exposure to big data tools like Spark, Hadoop, or Databricks.
