About the Role

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Professional to join our team at a leading organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Model Development: Design and develop novel generative models that can be applied to real-world business challenges.
  • Pre-Trained Model Tuning: Fine-tune pre-trained Large Language Models (LLMs) for specific tasks and domains to improve their performance.
  • Research and Innovation: Conduct research on new techniques for enhancing model performance and capabilities.
  • Pipeline Engineering: Apply software engineering rigor and best practices to machine learning /generative AI pipelines to ensure efficiency and reliability.
  • Evaluation and Analysis: Evaluate and analyze model performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Staying Current: Stay informed about the latest advancements in generative AI research to guide your work.
  • Proof-of-Concept Development: Facilitate the development and deployment of proof-of-concept Generative AI systems.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in generative AI or related fields, with a strong background in building data pipelines, deploying ML/GenAI models in production, and monitoring their performance.
  • Skills: Strong programming skills in Python, familiarity with RAG and other techniques for building generative models, extensive experience with Git, Docker, and Linux, and exposure to cloud-based ecosystems, especially AWS ML/GenAI services.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment, methodical and meticulous approach towards work and planning.
