Business Manager for Operational Conversion and Analysis

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Manager to lead the operational conversion of strategic goals within a dedicated business area.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure accurate, relevant business analysis is provided to support monthly operational reviews and ad-hoc requests.
  • Perform analysis to evaluate risks or opportunities; make recommendations to mitigate these risks.
  • Manage and provide financial analysis and decision-making support for investments/projects in a domain.
  • Monitor and measure ongoing business performance, driving early warnings for resource redirection with Business Partners.
  • Provide accurate operational information and advice to support annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and Strategic Planning processes.
  • Ensure data integrity provided by commercial teams and offer value-added recommendations on forecast accuracy improvement.
  • Lead planning (TGT, LF, and Strat Plan) and reporting for large generics businesses/markets, emphasizing quality and accuracy of reported numbers.
  • Support planning cycles (LF/TGT/SP) and standard/ad-hoc support on planning deliverables.
  • Own Daily Sales processes, ensuring timely publishing and TPC analysis in SAP and BPC.
  • Monthly Sales, COGS, and CGM analysis and reporting, explaining major variances to budgets, forecasts, previous LOs, and prior year.
  • Gross-To-Net analysis, calculation, and New Launch Product reporting.
