Product Delivery Specialist

The role involves working with customers to deliver products demos, performing on-site build installations and configurations, ensuring thorough understanding of customer requirements, assisting delivery lead in project kickoff and planning, executing UAT, SAT, Installation Qualification protocol, training end-users, installing production builds, creating database maintenance plans, providing onsite support, reproducing reported issues, updating patches, maintaining system configuration, executing test scripts, assisting internal validation, documenting deviations, reviewing validation outputs, preparing summary reports and interfacing with customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver product demos to customers, ensuring effective communication of product features and benefits.
  2. Perform on-site build installations and configurations, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
  3. Ensure thorough understanding of customer requirements, developing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  4. Assist delivery lead in project kickoff and planning, facilitating seamless collaboration among team members.
  5. Execute UAT, SAT, Installation Qualification protocol, and train end-users, promoting successful product adoption.
  6. Install production builds, create database maintenance plans, and provide onsite support, ensuring high-quality product performance.
  7. Reproduce reported issues, update patches, and maintain system configuration, resolving technical challenges efficiently.
  8. Execute test scripts, assist internal validation, and document deviations, driving continuous improvement.
  9. Review validation outputs, prepare summary reports, and interface with customers, fostering strong relationships.
