Customer Liaison Specialist

We are seeking a skilled customer liaison specialist to deliver exceptional service to our luxury real estate clients. Key responsibilities include:

  • Welcoming and hosting prospective clients during property visits.
  • Providing project information and directing client inquiries to the sales team.
  • Coordinating with various teams to prepare for client visits.
  • Maintaining a luxurious reception area and ensuring all customer-facing spaces meet high standards.

Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure a positive experience.
  2. Host prospective clients during property visits, showcasing properties and answering questions.
  3. Provide accurate and timely information about projects, resolving any issues or concerns.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute seamless client experiences.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Fluent in English and possess a warm and welcoming personality.
