Job Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled professional to fill the position of Customer Support Executive.
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day tasks such as providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing online support requests, and delivering exceptional customer service. They will also offer technical support to resolve customer issues efficiently.

Requirements:
- Strong customer support, customer satisfaction, and customer service skills
- Experience in online support and technical support
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Prior experience in the trading or financial industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service or related fields are advantageous
