Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Sustainability Manager.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading sustainability initiatives and developing strategies to reduce environmental impact across our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sustainability Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement a comprehensive sustainability strategy that aligns with corporate goals.
  • Greenhouse Gas Emissions Reduction: Identify and execute opportunities to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and improve energy efficiency across our operations.
  • Environmental Data Management: Develop and maintain accurate and reliable systems for collecting, analyzing, and reporting environmental data.
  • Sustainability Reporting: Provide leadership in preparing and disseminating annual sustainability reports that meet internal and external stakeholder expectations.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Engagement: Foster open communication with internal and external stakeholders on sustainability matters, including employees, customers, investors, and regulatory agencies.
  • Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs to ensure that all employees understand their roles and responsibilities in supporting the company's sustainability objectives.

Requirements:

  • University degree in environmental science, engineering, or related field.
  • At least 5 years' experience in sustainability management, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of global sustainability trends, regulations, and rating systems.
  • Fluent business-level English language skills (spoken and written).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in environmental science, engineering, or related field.
