At the forefront of digital commerce and financial services, we are seeking a highly analytical Business Finance Strategist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pricing & Revenue Optimization
  1. Design and implement pricing frameworks for merchant acquiring and digital payments.
  2. Monitor MDR structures, interchange fees, and cost dynamics to maximize profitability.
  3. Work closely with product and business teams to evaluate pricing for new launches or experiments.
  • Revenue Leakage Identification & Recovery
  1. Analyze transaction-level data to identify mismatches, undercharges, and revenue leakage.
  2. Support implementation of controls and fixes to plug leakages across systems and merchant billing.
  • Business Partnering
  1. Act as a finance partner to Product, Engineering, Sales, and Ops teams on pricing and profitability.
  2. Participate in key business reviews, offering financial insights and pricing recommendations.
  • Analytics & Reporting
  1. Create dashboards and models to track pricing health, merchant-level profitability, and recovery metrics.
  2. Drive automation and visibility across pricing and revenue dashboards using tools like Excel, SQL, Power BI.
Requirements:
  • Relevant work experience: 5-8 years of experience in business finance, pricing, or FP&A roles.
  • Qualification: CA/MBA (Finance) or Graduate/Postgraduate in Engineering, Economics, or other quantitative fields.
  • Strong understanding of merchant acquiring economics.
  • Proven ability to conduct financial modelling, pricing strategy, and margin analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with Excel, SQL; familiarity with analytics tools like Power BI or Tableau.
  • Sharp business acumen with strong ownership and cross-functional influence.
