Chief Financial Strategist

The Senior Manager plays a pivotal role in the organization by providing strategic financial leadership and support to senior stakeholders. This position requires an individual with strong analytical skills, who can confidently manage the end-to-end Profit and Loss (P&L).
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the monthly CFO review process.
- Help update the P&L data model.
- Prepare the actual review deck with commentaries on business performance.
- Develop the quarterly EC scorecard.
- Create quarterly finance townhall presentations.
- Support investment horizon submissions during budgeting and forecasting.
- Drive the AOP process and true-up.
- Support sector HQ teams on requirements.
- Cater to ad-hoc requests from the FP&A team.
Qualifications:
CA/ICWAI/MBA/CPA qualifications are preferred.
Requirements:
Excellent analytical and presentation skills are essential for this role. Strong knowledge of financial management principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, is required. The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team is also necessary.
