About the Role

As a senior mechanical design engineer, you will be part of an engineering team focused on precision part design and documentation for CNC-machined and cast components.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Validate designs through simulations and tests, creating technical drawings and documentation.
  • Apply GD&T per ISO and ASME Y14.5 standards to define form, fit, and function of parts.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and engineering teams to refine designs.
  • Support design reviews and provide input on manufacturability.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2–7 years of hands-on experience in 2D mechanical engineering for products from prototype to production, focusing on CNC machining and casting.
  • Proficiency in SOLIDWORKS and other CAD software, including NX and CATIA.
  • A strong working knowledge of GD&T principles.
  • ISO or ASME Y14.5 certification is highly preferred but not mandatory.
